Apprentices

At Forterra our apprenticeship scheme covers all fields of engineering. It is a one year residential course set in the heart of Birmingham, followed by two years of work-based training at one of our UK facilities.

After completing the course you will graduate from the programme with a NVQ Level 3 Certificate qualification, as well as hands-on experience working with an industry leader.

Taking the first step towards your career at Forterra is easy. Once we’ve reviewed your application and you’ve impressed us, we’ll invite you to one of our Apprentice Open Days where you can come and meet the Forterra team and other potential candidates. We’ll take you through a series of exercises and if we’re still impressed then we’ll want you to join us and build your career at Forterra.
